Billables AI changelog

The AI Legal Index tracks product and technology changes at Billables AI and has logged one entry, dated Oct 22, 2026. Each entry is dated, names the change and its impact, and cites the live source it was graded from, so a change can be read against the grades on the Billables AI assessment. Read the Billables AI assessment.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Integration / interoperability

Billables AI released a Filevine integration that syncs Filevine contacts and projects in as clients and matters. Captured email, document, meeting and call activity is assigned to the matching case, and approved time entries export back into Filevine. The vendor says it is available to all Filevine customers across hourly, contingency and hybrid fee models.

Buyer relevance. Contingency firms on Filevine often skip time capture altogether, which leaves fee petitions and matter profitability to guesswork. Automatic capture that lands in the case record lowers the cost of keeping that data.
