Descended from Casetext, which Thomson Reuters acquired in 2023 and which is no longer sold under its own name. A next generation release reached general availability in August 2026, rebuilt as an agentic experience on Anthropic's Claude Agent SDK, where a lawyer describes a matter in plain language and the system plans, researches, reasons and drafts with citations. Cecilia AI is the generative layer: Cecilia Q&A answers conversational questions about case evidence with citations always included, Cecilia Auto Review performs first pass review at around 25,000 documents an hour against plain English prompts crafted with the vendor's ediscovery experts, giving a written explanation for each tag suggestion, plus Doc Summaries and Timelines. Agentic Cecilia adds an autonomous multi step reasoning engine to Q&A with user selectable Quick thinking and Advanced research modes, the vendor claiming to be first to bring agentic AI to fact investigation and ediscovery at scale. Operated by CS Disco, Inc., listed on Nasdaq as LAW, which reported 1,549 customers including 330 large customers and a 98 percent dollar based net retention rate as at 31 December 2025, and moved to a usage based pricing model in 2026.

Five products: Read for navigating definitions, cross references and linked documents without leaving the provision; Proof for automated proofreading across hundreds of checks; Vault for clause level indexing and precedent search against a connected document management system; Enhance for AI powered contract analysis and redline suggestions; and Cascade, launched August 2025, for detecting first, second and third order knock on effects of a change across related contracts. Integrates with iManage and NetDocuments, and ships an official Model Context Protocol connector in the Anthropic Claude marketplace that exposes its deterministic checks as tools. The first ediscovery vendor to have its full portfolio of generative AI features FedRAMP authorised, independently tested by a third party assessment organisation. In region AI processing is available for United Kingdom and European customers.

Enterprise contract lifecycle management platform covering intake, contract creation, no code workflow automation, approvals, negotiation, signature, repository and analytics, sold to in house legal, legal operations, procurement, sales and IT. AI is embedded across the platform rather than sold separately: AI Playbooks drive precise redlining with each play tied to a clause, and Jurist is an agentic AI contract partner running a family of named agents including Manager, Drafting, Editing, Review, Research, Intake and Redlining, alongside Conversational Search over the contract repository. The vendor states Jurist uses proprietary legal AI models with legal engineered prompts. Positions itself as the leading AI CLM and publishes deep integrations including Salesforce and Coupa.

European legal AI platform for enterprise in house teams, positioned as a legal operating system reaching beyond legal into claims, compliance, HR, procurement and sales. Six products: Discovery for research and advice, Review for contract review and negotiation, Draft for document drafting, Multi Review for due diligence across data rooms, Legal Radar for regulatory monitoring, and Agent Studio for building custom agents and workflows. The signature feature is anonymisation applied before analysis begins, with an option to run that component inside the customer's own environment so sensitive data never reaches a model in identifiable form. Ships more than 135 pre built playbooks covering around 10,000 legal issues across contract types, negotiating positions and dozens of countries, maintained as law changes, with a Playbook Agent that converts a customer's own templates and past redlines into structured playbooks. Other surfaces are Assistant, Review and redline in Word or browser, Matter Management with an intake and triage agent, Vault for signed contract storage and extraction, Translation across 28 plus languages, and entity and board management. Publishes an annual contract review benchmark measuring its own system against foundation models. Operated by LegalOn Technologies, which originated in Japan and now runs a US and global business alongside its Japanese one.

Founded in Stockholm in 2023 as Leya and rebranded to Legora in February 2025. Acquired the Swedish legal research company Qura in 2026. Publishes its general terms, data processing agreement and security measures annex openly rather than behind an agreement.

Self service discovery automation platform covering upload, processing, culling, review, redaction, legal hold and production without a service bureau, aimed at corporate legal departments, state and local government, law firms, educational institutions and non profits handling litigation, FOIA and public records requests, internal investigations, subpoena responses and data subject access requests. Machine learning runs through the workflow as Culling Intelligence, which automatically categorises ingested data into predefined filters including document type and personally identifiable information, alongside automated PII detection and redaction, similar document detection, email threading and audio and video transcription. Direct collection integrations pull from Google Vault, Slack, Microsoft 365, Box and, from 2026, Onna for collaboration platform data. In March 2026 the owner announced major investment adding ASK generative AI, the Onna integration, European cloud hosting and new pricing options. Acquired by Reveal in August 2023 as part of a combined acquisition with IPRO valued at more than $1bn, and marketed since as one of Reveal's two platforms, the self service counterpart to Reveal Enterprise, which is indexed separately.

Founded in Cambridge in 2015 by mathematicians. Runs a multi model architecture the vendor calls a Panel of Judges, combining foundation, fine tuned and proprietary models, and in June 2026 introduced Luna Crescent, its own legal intelligence model trained on a curated selection of roughly 3.4 million legal concepts and data points drawn from a corpus of more than 220 million verified legal documents. Luna is deployed inside the vendor's own AWS environment, which the vendor states reduces reliance on external model providers and limits exposure to additional subprocessors. Each customer receives a dedicated single tenant instance, and on premises deployment is available.

Legal research platform built for litigators and law students doing in depth research, covering case law from United States federal and state courts plus tribal and military courts, statutes and regulations, and selected administrative decisions. Also generates briefs. Available as a standalone product and through a bespoke integration inside ChatGPT. Founded 2022. Participated in the 2025 Vals Legal AI Report legal research study, an independent third party benchmark, where it was evaluated on its standalone research product and scored 78 percent accuracy, 74 percent authoritativeness and 70 percent appropriateness for a 76 percent weighted aggregate, against a lawyer baseline the study measured at 69 percent aggregate and 71 percent accuracy.

Output is designed to be transparent, reviewable and defensible, with each aiR decision accompanied by a rationale and aiR for Privilege generating privilege log descriptions automatically. Governed by published Relativity AI Principles. Technology assisted review has been in the platform for years, predating the generative layer. States adoption by 192 of the Am Law 200 and more than 110 legal service provider partners. Runs a formal user certification programme covering generative AI and individual aiR products.

Every research output carries citations to primary sources with direct links and a Cert Citator check confirming whether the cited law remains valid, Cert deriving from Judicata software acquired by Fastcase. Runs a hybrid pipeline combining generative and rules based AI. Vincent Studio adds no code workflow building for enterprise customers. Integrates with Microsoft Word, Outlook and iManage, and with Clio Operate where it inherits the firm's existing permissions, ethical walls and audit trail. vLex was acquired by Clio in June 2025 and the product continues to be sold under the Vincent name.

Enters the index as the surviving product following the absorption of Evisort, which Workday acquired in 2024 and whose brand no longer trades independently; the underlying platform holds an accredited ISO/IEC 42001 certification achieved as Evisort in October 2024 and carried forward.
