Changelog

BRYTER changelog

Every tracked product and technology change at BRYTER, dated and sourced. Each entry names the change, its impact and the live source it was graded from.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Product / capability

BRYTER released BEAMON 2.0, which adds an agentic mode in which the assistant plans a multistep task, pulls information from several sources and works through it to completion, such as drafting a long pleading to a detailed specification or researching across many documents. The release also adds Projects, which group chats, folders and documents by client, matter or topic.

Buyer relevance. BEAMON moves from single answers to longer tasks with less input at each step, so buyers should ask where a lawyer reviews the intermediate work before the output is relied on. Projects also change how client material is grouped inside a workspace, which matters for firms that separate work by client.

Every grade and every signal on this index is drawn from public sources and dated. If a record is wrong, out of date, or missing an artifact the index did not locate, send the source and it will be reviewed and the record redated. Vendors are welcome to submit documentation. Nothing on this index is for sale, including a listing, a placement, or a grade.

The AI Legal Index is an editorial reference. It is not a regulatory body, not a law firm, and nothing published here is legal advice or a recommendation to retain or avoid a vendor.
