Changelog

DecoverAI changelog

Every tracked product and technology change at DecoverAI, dated and sourced. Each entry names the change, its impact and the live source it was graded from.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Product / capability

DecoverAI, built for litigation review, now covers transactional work. Its bulk AI classification runs over a deal's data room for due diligence, with attorneys able to inspect the reasoning and override calls, and agreements that need negotiation pass into its Word add in. Every transactional feature is included on every plan, starting at $299 per seat per month with AI usage billed by the token.

Buyer relevance. Deal teams can run diligence under the same matter permissions, audit logging and no training terms as litigation review, without a separate diligence license. DecoverAI cites no transactional customer result yet, so buyers should test it on their own data room.
