DiliTrust changelog

The AI Legal Index tracks product and technology changes at DiliTrust and has logged one entry, dated Oct 30, 2026. Each entry is dated, names the change and its impact, and cites the live source it was graded from, so a change can be read against the grades on the DiliTrust assessment. Read the DiliTrust assessment.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Privilege / confidentiality

DiliTrust published documentation that separates where customer data is stored from where AI requests are processed, and names four processing options. They are frontier models run by Google Cloud in Europe or the US by default, open weight models DiliTrust operates in France, a specialist EU provider such as Mistral AI, and a customer's own model through an OpenAI compatible API. It commits to zero data retention and no provider training for the first two options, and states that customers hosted in Canada, the UAE, Morocco and Saudi Arabia have AI requests processed outside their country.

Buyer relevance. A legal department can now see that hosting in its own country does not mean AI processing stays there, which changes the answer to data transfer questions. Departments under residency rules should choose an option deliberately rather than accept the default.
