eDiscovery AI published a CaseBot 3.0 help article stating that CaseBot is enabled by default and available as soon as a job completes, with no request or activation required. This moves the agentic CaseBot release, with eight specialist skills including Deposition Kit, Request Analysis and Record Check, off the 7 August beta that was limited to new matters and needed per matter activation by support. The 18 August press release had planned general availability for September 2026.
Buyer relevance. Litigation teams can now run the skill based, citation backed CaseBot on any job without a support request, so it can be evaluated and priced as a standard product rather than a gated beta.
