In a Contract Intelligence Vault sidebar chat, clicking a citation badge now opens the document sheet on the cited passage, with highlights on PDFs, Word files and text documents. The chat citation panel also now splits case law, legislation and web sources into separate sections so statute and regulation hits are distinguishable from cases.

Buyer relevance. Lawyers can check an answer against the exact source passage in one click and see at a glance whether a point rests on a case, a statute or a web page, which shortens verification before relying on the output.

Admins can now pick the user groups each invitee joins on acceptance, and automatic member access applies groups to people who join by invite link, SSO or SCIM provisioning. Contract Intelligence chats started in a Vault can be shared only with full members of that Vault (no public links or edit access), external View shares send tracked email invitations, and a new Metrics view shows uploads by user to admins without revealing document or Vault names. Organization data exports can now also include uploaded and generated files alongside chat transcripts, grouped by user.

Buyer relevance. Access to contract data is set by group at provisioning time rather than by hand, and sharing stays inside Vault membership, which reduces the risk of confidential agreements reaching the wrong people.
