IPRally changelog

The AI Legal Index tracks product and technology changes at IPRally and has logged one entry, dated Oct 22, 2026. Each entry is dated, names the change and its impact, and cites the live source it was graded from, so a change can be read against the grades on the IPRally assessment. Read the IPRally assessment.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Product / capability

IPRally released Drafting, which plans and writes a patent application from invention materials, seed documents and known prior art. A prior art check analyzes the 10 most relevant documents feature by feature and suggests amendments, and four quality reviews cover clarity, claim support, sufficiency of disclosure and reference numbers in EPO and USPTO variants. Every AI change appears as a colored diff the user accepts or rejects, and drafts can be written in eight languages.

Buyer relevance. A search vendor moving into drafting means the model that finds prior art now shapes the claims, which shortens the loop between search and filing. IPRally also states that no customer content trains its models or its provider's, and that its model provider keeps no data.
