Every tracked product and technology change at Irys, dated and sourced. Each entry names the change, its impact and the live source it was graded from.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Irys made a two way Clio connector generally available. Users sign in with their own Clio account, browse Clio as a matter tree, bring documents into an Irys matter or the Library for research, drafting, comparison and cite check, and ask about matter status, responsible attorney, calendar, open tasks and recent time entries. Finished drafts, notes, tasks with due dates and time entries can be written back to the matching Clio matter.

Buyer relevance. Clio firms can run AI work against the live matter record and file the output back without manual reentry, keeping Clio as the system of record. Irys states it asks for user approval before any write to Clio and never exceeds the connection's permissions, which bears on oversight of automated actions.

Every grade and every signal on this index is drawn from public sources and dated. If a record is wrong, out of date, or missing an artifact the index did not locate, send the source and it will be reviewed and the record redated. Vendors are welcome to submit documentation. Nothing on this index is for sale, including a listing, a placement, or a grade.
