Ivo launched Collaborate, a new product for managing contracts before signature, now live. Its Assistant gains a thinking effort setting with four levels (Fast, Balanced, Deep and Max), Review 2.0 shows recommendations as they are generated, and Playbook Builder now keeps the positions in an uploaded playbook unchanged. Skills can be pinned and cloned, and the Word add in installs from a quick link in one to three clicks.

Buyer relevance. Teams can trade speed for depth on each question instead of accepting one default, and a playbook uploaded to Ivo now comes out with the firm's positions intact rather than rewritten. Collaborate moves Ivo from review into negotiation workflow, which puts it closer to full contract lifecycle tools.
