Jimini launched Competences, reusable task methods that combine instructions with reference documents such as firm templates, precedents and clause libraries. The legal agent applies a skill on its own when it recognizes the task, or a user calls it with a shortcut. Jimini ships more than 200 skills written by its lawyers for French law across about 50 specialties, and firms can write their own, have the agent draft them, and share them across the organization.
Buyer relevance. A firm can encode its review and drafting method once and have the agent follow it on every matter, and an update by the author reaches everyone who installed the skill. Skills stay private until shared, and Jimini states the data is hosted in France and never used to train models.
