Changelog

Lead Docket changelog

The AI Legal Index tracks product and technology changes at Lead Docket and has logged one entry, dated Oct 21, 2026. Each entry is dated, names the change and its impact, and cites the live source it was graded from, so a change can be read against the grades on the Lead Docket assessment. Read the Lead Docket assessment.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Lead Viability shipped in Lead Docket. The AI evaluates each incoming lead against positive and negative viability indicators and qualifies it, so intake teams can see which leads are worth pursuing before spending time on them. It provides success indicators for 24 case types, including immigration, SSD and motor vehicle accidents.

Buyer relevance. AI that sorts leads decides which prospective clients get a call back first, so firms should review what it scores low. A missed viable case is lost revenue and a person who never heard from the firm.
