Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every vendor entry cites a live retrieved source. Corrections and regrades publish in the same stream as everything else.

LegalOn published a set of workflow additions: Cross Document Review for analysing a whole contract family together, searchable negotiation history through the LegalOn Assistant, and an upgrade to AI Revise that drafts and inserts language for missing provisions inside the Word add in. Teams can also set a department level editor name for redlines in Word for the Web.

Buyer relevance. Two of these solve the same problem from different ends, which is that negotiation context lives in people's memory and in old email threads. The department level editor name is a smaller thing that in house teams ask for constantly, because a redline should not tell the counterparty which junior lawyer made the edit.
