Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

LinkSquares introduced Workflow Builder Agent and Workflow Blueprints. A legal or business team describes a contract process in plain English, and the agent turns it into the steps, sequencing, dependencies and routing needed to run it. Every configuration stays in a governed environment where the team reviews and edits it before anything goes live.

Buyer relevance. Workflow configuration is where most CLM rollouts stall, because the people who know the policy are rarely the people who can build it. The review before publishing is the detail to test. An agent that drafts a workflow is useful; one that ships it unreviewed is a governance problem, so ask to see the record of what the agent changed.

If a record is wrong, out of date, or missing an artifact the index did not locate, send the source and it will be reviewed and the record redated. Vendors are welcome to submit documentation.
