MinuteBox changelog

The AI Legal Index tracks product and technology changes at MinuteBox and has logged one entry, dated Oct 22, 2026. Each entry is dated, names the change and its impact, and cites the live source it was graded from, so a change can be read against the grades on the MinuteBox assessment. Read the MinuteBox assessment.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

MinuteBox release 2026.28 extends Automated Compliance to corporations and LLCs in every US state, DC and the inhabited territories, and for the first time to trusts, nonprofits, partnerships, professional corporations and cooperatives. Deadlines are calculated from each entity's formation date, fiscal year end and jurisdiction, and existing entities are rechecked automatically. The release also adds a registry check before Ontario annual returns and notices of change.

Buyer relevance. Corporate teams managing US entity portfolios can rely on one deadline engine instead of state by state calendars. The automatic recheck of existing entities matters most, since that is where missed annual filings usually hide.
