Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Nexl completed a SOC 2 Type II audit by an independent CPA firm, which tests that its security controls operated over an observation period. The report sits alongside its existing ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, and both can be reviewed through its trust center at trust.nexl.cloud.

Buyer relevance. Law firm IT and risk teams usually require a SOC 2 Type II report in vendor reviews, so this removes a common blocker for a CRM that holds firmwide client relationship data. The post does not state the audit period or criteria covered, so request the report to confirm scope.
