The Model System support article sets out the data path for the new Frontier (Minerva) category: the closed source model is accessed through Deutsche Telekom's T Cloud Public over an encrypted, isolated connection into a dedicated Google processing environment in an EU data center, under a data processing agreement. Noxtua states that across all categories client data is never used for model training and is held with zero retention during processing, and that conversation history stays in Noxtua's own encrypted storage on Deutsche Telekom and IONOS under Noxtua keys, with client set retention. It says the Standard (Athena) path has no US law provider in its chain, while Minerva only reduces US CLOUD Act exposure.

Buyer relevance. Leaving Frontier switched on puts a Google environment into the processing chain for client matter data, so firms with strict client confidentiality or outside counsel terms should review the processing agreement and set the category by admin policy. The vendor's own statement that Athena, not Minerva, is the path with no US CLOUD Act addressee gives buyers a clear basis for that choice.

Noxtua shipped the Noxtua Model System, a model picker in Chat, Matrix and the Word and Outlook add ins that lets users choose between base model categories and switch at any time, including mid conversation. Standard (Athena Agent) runs open source or open weights models self hosted on Deutsche Telekom and IONOS infrastructure, while the new Frontier category (Minerva Agent) adds an international closed source frontier model reached through Deutsche Telekom's T Cloud Public. Admins can deselect the nondefault category under Settings, Advanced Settings, and the picker is not yet offered in every market.

Buyer relevance. Firms that wanted frontier model output without leaving a European processing setup can now get it in the same product, while judiciary and public sector buyers can hold users to the sovereign open weights category by admin policy. Noxtua also states each model passes preregistered release gates, including legal engineering tests by C.H.BECK and bias assessments, before it enters a category.
