Oneflow released Content Library to all Enterprise customers. Teams save reusable sections such as terms, policies and standard clauses once and insert them into templates and documents. Content placed in a template stays synced and read only, so an update to the library reaches every connected template, and two new permissions separate managing library content from using it.
Buyer relevance. Contract owners can keep approved language in one place and control who may change it, which stops wording drifting apart across templates. Content inserted into a document is disconnected and stays editable unless the section is locked in the template, so legal should lock the sections that matter. It is included in Enterprise and sold as a paid add on for the Business plan.
