Pactly changelog

The AI Legal Index tracks product and technology changes at Pactly and has logged one entry, dated Oct 20, 2026. Each entry is dated, names the change and its impact, and cites the live source it was graded from, so a change can be read against the grades on the Pactly assessment. Read the Pactly assessment.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Rows in Pactly Projects can now hold supporting documents, such as schedules or side agreements, next to the main contract, and AI extraction reads them together to fill each cell. Each cell records which document its answer came from, and View Source opens that document at the quoted passage. Adding or removing a supporting document marks the row's extracted answers as outdated.

Buyer relevance. Contract terms often live in a schedule rather than the main agreement, so extraction that ignores side documents gives confident wrong answers. Marking answers outdated when the document set changes stops stale data from being trusted.
