Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Patlytics released a ChatGPT plugin built on the Patlytics Model Context Protocol server. IP teams can run concept level patent searches and query their firm's own patent data from inside ChatGPT.

Buyer relevance. Unfiled invention disclosures are among the most sensitive documents a client ever hands over. Before a patent team runs searches from ChatGPT, it should confirm what the plugin sends to OpenAI, and whether the firm's workspace excludes that traffic from training and human review.
