Every tracked product and technology change at Precisely, dated and sourced. Each entry names the change, its impact and the live source it was graded from.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Product / capability

Precisely templates now support conditions on documents and upload slots, so a document is only included, and an upload only required, when the questionnaire answers meet the conditions set in the template. When a user redrafts and changes answers, the editor shows which documents will be added or removed before the contract is updated.

Buyer relevance. Legal can encode which agreements, appendices and supporting files belong in a contract package as rules, so business users assemble the right set without asking each time.

Correct a record, or ask how something was graded

Every grade and every signal on this index is drawn from public sources and dated. If a record is wrong, out of date, or missing an artifact the index did not locate, send the source and it will be reviewed and the record redated. Vendors are welcome to submit documentation. Nothing on this index is for sale, including a listing, a placement, or a grade.
