Quilia connected to CreoRx, a medication on lien pharmacy network, so a firm can send a client's prescription card request from the case's Treatment > Prescriptions tab, or let clients request a card from the Quilia app. Quilia matches existing CreoRx cards to cases in a daily check, shows card status and pharmacy numbers in the client app, and adds prescriptions filled on the card to the case with their fill dates. Only admins can switch on client requests, Quilia records who enabled it and when, and a case manager approves each request in CreoRx before the card activates.
