SmartAdvocate's 2026 New Release brings the SmartIntelligence AI features it announced in August into its case management product, including demand letter and medical chronology drafting, an Intake AI Voice Agent, an Intake Assistant Coach and Enhanced Chat with Case. The release also adds Report Designer for custom reports, scheduled emails and texts, and faster navigation with several notes, tasks and documents open at once. SmartAdvocate says further AI capabilities are in development.

Buyer relevance. Personal injury firms on SmartAdvocate can draft demands and chronologies inside their case system rather than through a separate AI vendor. Firms weighing the August announcement now have a named release that carries those features.
