Every tracked product and technology change at Wordsmith, dated and sourced. Each entry names the change, its impact and the live source it was graded from.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

Wordsmith joined the iManage Technology Partner Program. Its agentic workflows can now read content held in iManage through iManage's APIs and use it for drafting, review and answering routine legal questions. Wordsmith says returning finished work product to iManage is planned for future releases.

Buyer relevance. The read side of the connection is shipped and the write side is not. A team that adopts this now still files finished work back into iManage by hand, so the manual step the announcement describes remains until the promised write back arrives.

Wordsmith shipped enterprise controls aimed at extending AI assisted legal workflows beyond the legal team to other business units. The release adds the access and approval mechanisms needed to widen who can run legal work without widening who can approve it.

Buyer relevance. The bottleneck this targets is familiar to any in house team: routine legal requests queue behind lawyers who are the only people permitted to touch the tooling. Delegating that safely is an oversight problem before it is a capability problem, and this release is aimed at the oversight half.
