XLSCOUT changelog

The AI Legal Index tracks product and technology changes at XLSCOUT and has logged one entry, dated Oct 22, 2026. Each entry is dated, names the change and its impact, and cites the live source it was graded from, so a change can be read against the grades on the XLSCOUT assessment. Read the XLSCOUT assessment.

Product and technology changes only. Funding rounds, valuations, partnerships and awards are excluded, and an acquisition appears only where there is direct product impact. Every entry cites a live retrieved source. Changes to the index's own records are not changelog material; a corrected record carries its own dates.

XLSCOUT release 1.63 adds Deep Research 2.0 to ClaimChart LLM, with an evidence review agent that checks, claim element by claim element, how well the cited product evidence supports each claim chart scoring 0.70 or above. Each reviewed report gets a confidence rating of High, Moderate or Low, and reports below 0.70 are marked not reviewed. Deep Research now runs on up to 20 patents at once, with one Excel download.

Buyer relevance. Infringement charts are only as good as the evidence behind each element, and a second agent grading that evidence gives attorneys a place to start their own check. Low ratings show where a chart needs a person before it goes to a client.
