Laurel published results from its rollout at Berger Singerman. Attorneys recovered an average of nearly 15 minutes of billable time a day and completed time entries about two days sooner after adopting Laurel's automated time capture and narratives written to client billing guidelines. The firm then extended Laurel to timekeepers in all six offices and connected it to its Aderant billing system.
Buyer relevance. It gives buyers a named firm benchmark for recovered time and entry speed to test against their own pilot. The figures are published by Laurel and the method behind them is not described.
