Rocket Lawyer added web conferencing to eligible Consult an Attorney Live sessions, so members can choose a video call instead of a phone call and join through a secure link without a separate Zoom account or software download. The feature includes an audio check before the meeting, background blur, screen sharing for reviewing documents with the attorney, and a phone fallback if the web session fails.

Buyer relevance. Rocket Lawyer states it does not record audio, video, transcripts or in call chat from these consults and logs only operational data such as join and leave times and call length, a concrete retention disclosure for attorney conversations held inside the platform.
