Turbo Law extended its litigation workspace beyond insurance defense, medical malpractice and mass tort to all civil litigation, naming business litigation, M&A disputes, employment, construction and real estate. The same announcement adds connections to NetDocuments, iManage, Clio, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox, so new records such as a deposition transcript flow into a matter's analysis without a second upload.
Buyer relevance. A firm can now roll one litigation workspace out across all its litigation groups while keeping its document system as the record. Depth in the new practice areas is a vendor claim with no published results, so a pilot matter in a new area is the right test.
